Travis, a friend of mine, posted on his blog about the military's new toy. I too was going to post about it but thought I would rather have you check out his blog instead.
My two cents, I am a staunch advocate for alternative, non-violent means of diffusing violent situations. While I generally abhor anything related to military warfare weaponry, being an optimist, I like to think that there are creative, non-combative solutions out there. Is this one of them? I'm open to the idea, not sold on it. Besides, you can't really "test it" on protesters who are exercising their rights in the first place, seems redundant if you ask me. Maybe we can just do away with all the guns and give people one of these rays to use on one another. Talk about a personal bubble!
